1970 Boss 302 - one of the most iconic muscle cars of the era. Built to compete and win the Trans Am championship. The true heart and soul of the Boss is the canted valve 302 V8 solid lifter cam engine. These are are very unique in all the extreme details Ford used to create a winning combination. Our car here is a great example with its NUMBERS MATCHING DRIVETRAIN - proved not only by correct date codes to the build date but VIN stamps in all locations. 67K mile car with everything rebuilt over the past few years. Tons of owner documents from back in the 70s to current day. Less than 50 miles on shakedown break in mikes. Happy to discuss all of the details of our Boss to anyone willing to learn more. The story goes that the previous owner purchased this car in the 90's and took to his 1st show only to be great by fellow enthusiasts who said you need to rebuild that engine - of course one thing leads to another and ALL of the drive train comes out and EVERTHING gets rebuilt - cleaned and sits for years! Fast forward to 2023 we find the car and start to assemble to what you see today - a running driving 70 Boss 302 Mustang!
